Super Snuggly Duvet – Deeper Sleeper Challenge #4

This months Sealy challenge came as no surprise but still managed to be the most exciting to date.I was asked beforehand which size duvet I preferred to use. This meant that when I saw a tightly wrapped package on my doorstep I instantly knew that my big bundle of goodness had arrived.I asked for a double. My intention? I was wanting to swap it with the cheap Argos version that currently lays across my uni bed. However, for the purpose of writing the article, I’ve draped it over my single at home. As exam season approaches, it can be extremely tough to be a ball of joy with your loved ones, or to let go and have fun when you’re thinking…

Sealy Deeper Sleeper – Challenge 5

Getting off to sleep can be a challenge. Occasionally there will come a night when you’ve been dying for bed all day, only to hit the pillow and be wide-awake. For me, like many others these are my most frustrating nights. With 9am lectures to attend and assignment deadlines coming up, not falling asleep at every given opportunity during the day is a necessity.I’m almost certain I’ve tried every trick in the book – counting sheep, no caffeine after 6pm, no technology at least an hour before bed and many more. Yet I still find myself tossing and turning on…
